This program is commercial software. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution of this software (with the exception of the shareware evaluation version) is prohibited.

SHAREWARE LICENSE:

If you are installing the shareware evaluation version of MemDefrag, you are entitled to evaluate this product for thirty (30) days, after which you must purchase a license for continued use or uninstall the software.

SITE-LICENSE USE:

If you are installing MemDefrag after having purchased a site license, you may install MemDefrag on the number of machines as agreed upon in the site license. Please contact us should you require additional installations.

By proceeding with this installation you agree that MCGSoftwares, its authors, agents, and distributors, make no specific claims as to the merchantability, reliability, performance, or suitability to any task of this software. This software, like all non-trivial software, may contain flaws or defects that interfere with its operation or the performance of its expected functions, or that result in unexpected or undesired results, including loss of use or potential data loss. The sole remedy of its creators and distributors is limited to a refund of the purchase price. Consequential or loss of use damages are specifically excluded. You may have specific rights in your state or region, so these exclusions may not apply to you.
